Our two-year UK-based graduate scheme will take you on a journey of great professional and personal development. You will work for our world leading consumer brands NIVEA, Eucerin and Elastoplast in real business roles with real responsibility to maximise your career experience.

Over the course of the two year scheme you will undertake four, 6 months cross-functional rotations in Brand Management & Digital Marketing, Sales & E Commerce, Corporate Services & Supply Chain roles, including the potential for international exposure along with leadership sponsored projects to broaden your experience.You will receive structured training throughout the scheme to accelerate your professional development and getting you leadership ready along with the opportunity to positively contribute to community projects and work with external partners on topics such a sustainability.
