The Beiersdorf Quiz App uses materials such as images, photos, graphics, logos, videos, films, audio files and text (the “material”). The material is the property of Beiersdorf AG, Beiersdorfstraße 1-9, 22529 Hamburg (“Beiersdorf”), and in compliance with regulations of copyright, trademark law, design law and privacy rights protected by German and international law.

Each use of materials – beyond purely private purposes – requires prior written consent by Beiersdorf. The same applies to every change of the material, especially the translation or other form of processing and for every instance of forwarding.

Insofar as the user downloads material or in any other way uses, it is at his or her own risk. Beiersdorf is not liable for resulting damage caused by the user, in particular to data, hardware or software. The liability on grounds of intent or gross negligence shall remain unaffected. Beiersdorf shall not be held liable for the breach of any rights of a third party.

This information has been carefully assembled and checked, however Beiersdorf assumes no liability for the accuracy, currentness or completenes.

Beiersdorf reserves the right to block users if they do not abide by the terms and conditions or legal requirements. Beiersdorf reserves the right to pursue civil or criminal action for the unauthorized use and any legal violations, especially the violation of privacy rights, brands, designs, copyright and other commercial property rights.

The ineffectiveness or invalidity of any individual provision of these terms and conditions shall not affect the effectiveness of the other provisions.
