Your Tasks

Role Purpose:


Manage & coordinate daily operations of BI sources to support internal business partners (Consolidation, Data warehousing, Data Exploration, Reporting, Data analytics, Business insights, Integration, Delivery & Follow-up).

Main Accountabilities:

  • Manage Market Information Platform (Local & MU)
  • Market Data & Business Insights: Accountable for developing and maintaining market data reports that provide valuable insights to the business.
  • Engage with external partners (agencies, market research firms, data science partners) to acquire and integrate the necessary data insights. Identify potential market alternatives to meet business needs, exploring new research, analytics, and data science solutions.
  • Continuous Monitoring of Consumer Trends
  • Database Analysis and Dashboards Development
  • Presentations to Top Management
  • Conduct Competitive Analysis
  • Market Segmentation and Forecasting
  • Consumer & Industry Analysis: Analyze quantitative and qualitative data from the FMCG industry and its environment, identifying trends, opportunities, and providing detailed insights for business strategies, competitor analysis, and market forecasting.

Your Profile

Knowledge, Skills and Experience:

Education:

  • University Degree (Business Administration, Actuary, Economics, Statistics, Industrial Engineer or related fields)

  • At least 2 years of experience in similar positions in FMCG, Tech or research agencies.
  • Previous knowledge in Data analytics / Business intelligence, Data Collection & Reporting
  • Experience with Retail and/ or Consumer Tracking Data (Nielsen, Kantar, IQVIA).
  • Able to develop dashboards / analytics reports through BI tools (PowerBI, Tableau, Qlikview)
  • Knowledge of programming languages (Python, R)
