Our New Ways of Working

The idea of dynamic working and a contemporary New Work approach are integral pillars in the concept of the new Campus. For Beiersdorf, this primarily means flexibility and functionality. Collaboration is key in the new headquarters, yet the company also provides space for individual freedom and different work styles.

In concrete terms, this means that no working area is completely open or closed, allowing for high adaptability and diversity. Hierarchy independent office structures have been created and paired with one consistent design language. Each team/department has assigned areas known as team neighborhoods. The teams were able to configure their spaces through modular elements, tailoring them to their working methods. However, employees have the flexible choice of “where to work” across the entire Campus.
