Packaging Specialist Health Care (all genders)

Your Tasks

  • Represent Packaging Development Health Care in international development and launch/relaunch projects, developing new packaging systems and optimizing existing solutions for Medical Devices
  • Leverage our innovative strengths and drive for execution to consistently set new standards for design, functionality, and costs
  • Work together with our production center and our packaging supplier for identifying and pursuing opportunities for optimization (functionality, costs, quality, efficiency)
  • Steer research and prototyping activities and help to identify opportunities for our further product portfolio
  • Conduct verification activities and supporting packaging tests in our laboratory in the frame of Compliance Documentation for Medical Devices
  • Track the market and the competition, share your findings in your work and with the team

Your Profile

  • Degree in natural sciences or engineering
  • Ideally working in a similar position, but also Juniors with a minimum initial experience of packaging (gained through extended internships, for example)
  • A proven track record in project and process management
  • A sure command of moderation and presentation techniques
  • Excellent team working abilities and strong communications skills
  • Fluent English; German or additional languages are an advantage

Hamburg/Germany is the primary location for this position. Therefore, we recommend residence in Hamburg.

Our company agreement allows basically up to 40% of the working time in a flexible work location in Germany. The exact arrangement of this agreement in the relevant team will be explained in a personal conversation.
