Lead and govern the Medical Management strategy for the Andean Cluster while acting as Medical Manager for Colombia, ensuring alignment between medical, commercial, and corporate priorities. Responsible for defining and driving the regional and local medical strategy to strengthen Eucerin’s scientific leadership, medical recommendation, expert endorsement, prescription generation, and long-term business growth. The role focuses on strategic direction, performance governance, capability development, stakeholder influence (KOL´s), Medical Associations & Academies and resource allocation, while operational execution is delegated to the Medical, Detailing, and Training teams.
As Medical Manager Colombia, the role additionally ensures the development and execution of the local medical strategy, adaptation of regional initiatives to local market dynamics, management of the Colombian medical ecosystem, and representation of the medical function with key external stakeholders.
Focus on scientific communication on products relevant for the medical marketing/detailing teams (medical sales reps) and trainers. Responsible for the direction and supervision of the local medical management teams and for developing, aligning & supporting the local strategy to ensure detailing & training operational quality and to drive recommendations, market share and sales.
