Your Tasks

The Key Account Manager is responsible for building and maintaining strong, long-lasting relationships with key accounts. This role ensures the delivery of tailored solutions to meet account needs and achieves sustainable business growth through strategic account management, without having direct people management responsibilities.

  • Client Relationship Management:

    • Develop and maintain strategic relationships with key clients.

    • Serve as the main point of contact for all client-related matters.

    • Ensure timely and successful delivery of solutions according to customer needs and objectives.

  • Account Development:

    • Identify opportunities to grow business with existing clients.

    • Propose new services/products to address client challenges.

    • Work cross-functionally to develop client-specific strategies.

  • Sales & Revenue Management:

    • Meet or exceed sales targets and account growth objectives.

    • Prepare and present account performance reports and forecasts.

    • Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profit.

  • Cross-Functional Coordination:

    • Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, supply chain, finance, customer service) to ensure smooth service delivery.

    • Provide client feedback to internal stakeholders for continuous improvement.

Your Profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in account management, sales, or business development.

  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and maintaining key relationships
