Your Tasks
- Lead the Procurement Academy: You will be responsible for managing our internal Procurement Academy and driving knowledge management initiatives within our global Procurement organization.
- Upskill Procurement Employees: You will ensure the continuous upskilling of our Procurement employees through state-of-the-art training programs, adapting to new focus areas and emerging needs.
- Initiate Knowledge Programs: You will initiate and lead additional knowledge programs tailored for the Procurement team.
- Enhance Knowledge Management Strategy: You will continuously update and enhance our Procurement knowledge management strategy and roadmap to align with best practices.
- Develop Training Programs: You will oversee the development of Procurement training sessions in collaboration with both internal and external experts.
- Organize the Procurement Academy: You will manage the organization and logistics of the Procurement Academy.
- Execute and Coach Training Sessions: You will conduct training sessions and provide coaching to (co-)trainers to ensure effective knowledge transfer.
- Implement KPIs: You will develop and implement key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of our knowledge management environment.
- Participate in Projects: You may also participate in and/or lead other projects within our Procurement Excellence organization.

Stay Informed on Trends: You will monitor trends and developments in Procurement, knowledge management, and learning, maintaining close contact with both internal and external experts.
Your Profile
- University degree in Business Administration, International Management, Supply Chain Management, Educational Studies, or a related field
- Several years of professional experience in an international environment in Procurement, Human Resources or a functional company academy
- Initial experience as a trainer and/or in the development of training programs, with a strong passion for learning and knowledge management topics
- Business fluent in English (both written and spoken)
- Proven capabilities and experience in project management and in leading cross-functional, multi-national teams
- Excellent communication and visualization skills
- Pragmatic, process-oriented and results-driven personality
- International mindset with a high level of cross-cultural awareness
- Familiarity with SAP SuccessFactors (learning module), Vyond, Articulate Storyline and/or Articulate Rise is a plus
