Your Tasks

As a Payroll & Benefits Specialist, you will ensure accurate, efficient, and compliant payroll operations across assigned countries while supporting employee compensation and benefits programs. The role is responsible for end-to-end payroll administration, benefits management, expatriate taxation and compensation, and compliance with statutory requirements and company policies. Working closely with HR, Finance, vendors, and employees, you will drive operational excellence, enhance the employee experience, and support business success through reliable payroll and rewards services.

Your responsibilities include:

  • Manage end-to-end payroll processing with local payroll vendors, ensuring accurate and timely employee payments across assigned countries.
  • Ensure compliance with payroll, tax, labor, benefits, and statutory regulations, as well as company policies and internal controls.
  • Maintain accurate payroll, compensation, benefits, and employee records.
  • Administer time, attendance, and leave data to support payroll accuracy.
  • Process salary changes, bonuses, incentives, and other compensation-related transactions.
  • Act as the payroll tax subject matter expert, overseeing expatriate payroll, tax compliance, and intercompany cross-charge processes.
  • Provide compensation support for international assignments and cross-border mobility programs.
  • Administer employee benefits programs in partnership with local HR teams and external providers.
  • Maintain payroll and benefits documentation, ensuring data accuracy and audit readiness.
  • Investigate and resolve complex payroll, tax, compensation, and benefits-related issues.
  • Prepare payroll, compensation, benefits, and statutory reports for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Drive process improvements, standardization, and automation initiatives to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and compliance.
  • Support internal and external audits and maintain effective payroll and benefits controls

Your Profile

  • 4–6 years of experience in Payroll and Compensation & Benefits, in a multinational environment.
  • Strong knowledge of payroll, taxation, labor laws, and statutory compliance requirements.
  • Experience managing payroll vendors and end-to-end payroll processes.
  • Familiarity with expatriate payroll and global mobility programs is an advantage.
  • Proficiency in payroll systems, HRIS platforms, and Microsoft Excel.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
  • High attention to detail, integrity, and ability to maintain confidentiality.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities independently and effectively.
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
