Your Tasks
As a Marketing Assistant BeNeLux, you'll have the exciting opportunity to lend a helping hand to our vibrant BeNeLux Marketing team across various projects and administrative tasks. Whether you choose to be based in the beautiful city of Brussels or the charming streets of Amsterdam, you'll play a key role in supporting our team's efforts. Here are some of the main responsibilities that will come your way:
- You support the overall marketing department in different projects, such as campaign localisation, sampling activations, ...
- You are responsible for daily administrative tasks to ensure the functionality and coordination of the department’s activity such as:
- Creating purchase orders for the BNL marketing team
- Doing some SAP NART maintenance for the BNL team
- Following up Media BNL budget
- Supporting the team with free good requests, technical sheets, creation of packshots.
- Supporting general team administrative tasks (email distribution list maintenance, organigram chart update, access request s etc)
- Planning specific meetings on a weekly basis
- Supporting the team for adhoc requests (organizational topics, catering, event organization)
Your Profile
Let's talk about what we're looking for in an ideal candidate!
- A degree in a relevant field (marketing, business administration,...) and preferably 1-2 years of experience in a similar role
- Experience in assisting and supporting marketing or commercial teams is a plus
- Bilingual candidates are preferred (French & English or Dutch & English)
- Proficiency in MS Office is required, SAP is a plus.
- Ability to quickly learn new software tools
- Seeking a true team player who takes initiative and can work independently
- A keen eye for detail & the ability to stay flexible under pressure
- Positive, creative mindset with a can-do attitud
