Role Overview In this role, you will act as a trusted HR advisor to commercial teams—bringing people insights, diagnosing organizational needs, and enabling leaders to make effective talent and organizational decisions.
Key Responsibilities
1. Business Partnership Partner closely with commercial leaders to translate business priorities into actionable people initiatives. Provide data driven insights to influence decisions on organization design, capability needs, and workforce effectiveness.
2. Organizational Effectiveness Identify organizational pain points and collaborate with HR colleagues to implement practical, scalable HR solutions. Support org health check cycles and help interpret findings to drive meaningful follow up actions.
3. Change & Communication Contribute to change management and communication plans for organizational shifts, ensuring clarity, alignment, and cultural reinforcement.
4. Workforce & Headcount Planning Support annual manpower and labor cost planning, track budget utilization with guidance from senior HR leaders. Monitor resource needs and ensure alignment between hiring priorities and business plans.
5. Talent & Performance Management Facilitate the annual talent review, succession planning, and performance management cycles. Coach managers on process, tools, calibration logic, and follow up actions (IDPs, development plans).
6. Talent Acquisition Partnership Work with Talent Acquisition to ensure a seamless hiring process: participate in interviews, assess talent fit, and advise on selection decisions. Promote a positive employer brand experience throughout the candidate journey.
7. Employee Relations & Well Being Handle ER matters with fairness, confidentiality, and sound judgment—escalating complex cases appropriately. Guide leaders on labor compliance and good people management practices.
8. Culture, Engagement & Team Development Facilitate workshops, engagement sessions, and team interventions that reinforce a positive, inclusive, high performance culture. Monitor engagement indicators and support root cause analysis via surveys, focus groups, and direct discussions.
9. Employee Lifecycle Management Support key lifecycle moments—onboarding, internal mobility, and exit processes—to ensure a seamless and consistent employee experience.
Qualifications
Experience & Education Bachelor’s degree or above;
HR related specialization preferred. Minimum 3 years of HR experience; background in TA, TD, or early HRBP roles strongly preferred. Capabilities Strong analytical and structured thinking, able to derive insights from data and day to day observations.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; builds trust and credibility with stakeholders across levels.
Courage to challenge constructively and advocate for people centric, fair decision making.
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic FMCG environment with resilience and ownership.
Sound judgment in handling sensitive ER cases with confidentiality and care. Mindset Proactive, self-driven, and curious; eager to grow and take ownership. Genuine interest in people—motivations, development, and well being.
