我们除了直接从您或我们的外部合作伙伴(如猎头)那里收集个人数据。我们还可能会从专业社交求职网络(如LinkedIn)、招聘资讯 (如Monster)以及其他可公开访问的渠道(仅与您的职业生涯相关的信息)获取信息,以便主动向您提供工作机会或核实您在申请职位过程中提供的信息的准确性。 

2. 我们如何使用您的个人信息

3. 我们如何委托处理、共享、转让、公开披露您的个人信息

我们不会将您的个人信息转让给任何公司、组织和个人,但以下情况除外:

6. 您的权利

根据中国相关的法律、法规、标准以及其他国家、地区的通行做法,我们保障您对自己的个人信息行使相应的权利,您可以在系统中置求职简历的可见性。此外,您还可以通过HR.Recruitment@Beiersdorf.com联系我们的招聘专家,要求访问、更正或删除您的您的求职资料或撤回您的职位申请。

每个业务功能需要一些基本的个人信息才能得以完成。在您同意我们对您的数据进行处理后(例如,当我们邀请您参加一项关于您对拜尔斯道夫股份有限公司职位申请流程满意度的调查时),您可以随时给予或收回您的授权同意。当您收回同意后,我们将不再处理相应的个人信息。但您收回同意的决定,不会影响此前基于您的授权而开展的个人信息处理。 

您随时可注销和删除您在系统中创建的候选人档案,在您注销或删除后,我们将停止与您进行职位沟通,并依据您的要求,删除您的个人信息,法律法规另有规定的除外。 

您有权获取您的个人信息副本,在技术可行的前提下,例如数据接口匹配,我们还可按您的要求,直接将您的个人信息副本传输给您指定的第三方。 

为保障安全,您可能需要提供书面请求,或以其他方式证明您的身份。我们可能会先要求您验证自己的身份,然后再处理您的请求。我们将在三十天内作出答复。

7. 您的个人信息如何在全球范围内转移

由于拜尔斯道夫集团的国际化以及为了更好地提供服务或优化服务质量,信息传输可能涉及到向中国境外的拜尔斯道夫集团实体或拜尔斯道夫集团的服务供应商传输您的个人信息。接受本隐私政策意味着您对我们将您的个人信息传输至德国甚至欧洲做出了同意,我们将您的该信息传输至位于欧洲的上述接收方。 

为避免疑虑,如果您在上述以外其他地区发起交易或其他请求,视为您在发起交易或者其他请求的同时,做出了同意我们将您的个人信息传输至该地区。需要提请您注意的是,这些国家有着同样严格的信息保护法律法规。当我们将您的信息转移到其他国家后,这些信息仍会得到妥善的处理及储存。我们会以严格的、物理的、组织上的、程序上的、技术上的以及对员工有关的要求来保证个人信息的安全和保密性。

Privacy Policy

For Beiersdorf Group and its affiliates (collectively “Beiersdorf” or “We”) not only the care and protection of your skin is important. We also attach great importance to the protection of your personal data. This Privacy Policy explains how Beiersdorf processes your personal data when you apply for a position advertised by us. It also describes your data protection rights, including the right to object to some of Beiersdorf’s processing operations.

Please read and understand this Privacy Policy carefully before using the website and applying for relevant positions. Agreeing to this Privacy Policy or using our website platform, creating a candidate profile and applying for a job, it could be considered you consent Beiersdorf to the collection, use, storage and sharing of information about you in accordance with this Privacy Policy. 

1. Collection of Personal Data

In the course of visiting the website and applying for jobs, we may collect and process personal data that you provided to us by creating a candidate profile, completing an online form, subscribing to an online service (e.g. a job push), uploading your CV and profile, or writing to us, specifically:

  • Data which you have provided to us in your candidate profile, including first and last name, age, country, e-mail, phone number.
  • Data which you have entered on our candidate application form, including desired annual salary, your motivation, non-competition status, history of dereliction of duty, criminal record, conflict of interest information (e.g., whether a friend or relative works at Beiersdorf), etc.
  • Data which you have provided to us in your application documents (curriculum vitae CV, cover letter) including work experience, degree and majors, qualifications and language skills. 
  • Data from online assessments (e.g. personality tests, cognitive ability tests) and video interviews (if applicable).
  • Data provided to us by your referees (e.g. headhunters).
  • Information you voluntarily provide in connection with the job application (e.g. your photos, videos, comments, articles and opinions).
  • Other necessary information for the purposes of this Privacy Policy.  

We collect personal data from you directly or from our external partners, e.g. headhunters. We can also obtain information from professional social networks, such as LinkedIn, job boards such as Monster, and from other publicly accessible sources (only information relevant to your professional life) for the purposes of actively approaching you with job offers or for the purpose of confirming the accuracy of the information presented by you within the course of the application. 

2. Use of Personal Data

In accordance with applicable law, we may collect, store, use and disclose your personal data with your consent (including, but not limited to, accessing the website, clicking the relevant confirmation button, and other means by which you may reasonably be deemed to have given your consent) for the following purposes: 

  • To assess your application for the job offered and to communicate with you within the recruitment process. 
  • To contact you in case of an alternative career opportunity within the Beiersdorf group (you can restrict the visibility of your candidate profile to the team involved in your current application or grant it to Beiersdorf’s recruiters worldwide). 
  • Based on your consent to ask you about your experience within the recruitment process. 
  • To contact you following your unsolicited application. 
  • Corporate compliance management needs. 

If you refuse to provide certain information, you may not be able to create your candidate profile or apply for the relevant job we have posted. 

3. Processing, Sharing, Transferring, and Disclosure of Personal Data

Certain specific modules or functions of our website are provided by external suppliers, such as those who provide applicant management and screening process system services. We have strict confidentiality agreements with companies, organizations and individuals to whom we entrust the processing of personal data. And we require them to take any necessary confidentiality and security measures to handle personal data in accordance with this Privacy Policy.  

We may transfer your personal data to companies affiliated with us provided this is permissible within the scope of the purposes and legal bases outlined above. We might share your candidate profile with other recruiting teams in Beiersdorf Group. You can manage the visibility options of your profile by selecting whether your profile should be visible to the recruiting team involved in your current application or recruiting teams within the Beiersdorf Group worldwide. If you do not wish to be further considered for relevant job offerings, you can request the deletion of your candidate profile, see section “your rights”. 

We will not transfer your personal data to any company, organization or individual except the followings:

  • Transfer with explicit consent from you;
  • In the event of merger, acquisition or liquidation, if involving the transfer of personal data, we will ask the successive company or organization that holds your personal data to remain bound by this Privacy Policy before we ask that company or organization to re-solicit authorized consent from you.  

If We transfer personal data to a service provider or affiliate outside the European Economic Area (EEA), the transfer will only take place if the level of data protection in the third country is recognized by the European Commission or if other appropriate data protection guarantees are available (e.g. binding internal company data protection regulations or standard EU contractual clauses). Beiersdorf has reasonable safeguards in place to protect this information, including standard contractual clauses. 

We will only publicly disclose your personal data in the following circumstances:

  • With your express consent; 
  • Where we are compelled to do so by law, legal process, litigation, or governmental authority, we may disclose your personal data publicly. 

5. Data Security

We have taken technical and organizational measures to protect your data from loss, alternation, or third-party access. We will take all reasonably practicable measures to protect your personal data. We will only retain your personal data to the extent of necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this policy, unless an extension of the retention period is required or permitted by law. 

The Internet environment is not 100% secure and we will endeavor to ensure or warrant the security of any information you send to us. We will be liable for any damage to our physical, technical, or managerial safeguards that results in unauthorized access, public disclosure, alteration, or destruction of information that may harm your legal rights. 

We will, in accordance with the requirements of laws and regulations, inform you in a timely manner of the basic situation and possible impact of the security incident, the disposal measures that we have taken or will take, the recommendations that you can prevent and reduce the risk independently, the remedial measures for you, etc.  after the unfortunate occurrence of the personal data security incident. We will promptly inform you about the incident by email, letter, phone, or push notification. If it is difficult to inform the subject of personal data one by one, we will make announcements in a reasonable and effective manner. At the same time, we will also take the initiative to report the personal data security incidents in accordance with the requirements of the regulatory authorities.   

6. Your Rights

In accordance with the relevant laws, regulations and standards of China and the practices of other countries and regions, we ensure that you exercise your rights with respect to your personal data. You can manage the visibility options of your candidate profile. If you wish to update the personal data provided to us, you can send us an email to HR.Recruitment@beiersdorf.com or you modify the data yourself in the relevant application within your candidate profile.  

Each business function requires some basic personal data in order to achieving its functions. If you have given your consent to the processing of your data (e.g. when we invite you to participate in a survey on your satisfaction with the application process at Beiersdorf), you can withdraw your consent at any time. Such a withdrawal will not influence the processing of your personal data after you have given the permission to us. 

You can deregister and delete the candidate profile you have created in the system at any time, after you deregister or delete, we will stop communicating with you about the position, and delete your personal data according to your request, unless otherwise stipulated by laws and regulations. 

You are entitled to obtain a copy of your personal data and, where technically feasible, such as data interface matching. We may also, at your request, transfer a copy of your personal data directly to a third party designated by you. 

For security purposes, you may be required to provide a written request, or otherwise prove your identity. We may ask you to verify your identity before we process your request. We will respond within thirty (30) days. 

7. Worldwide Transfer of Personal Data

Due to the internationalization of the Beiersdorf Group and in order to better provide or optimize the quality of our services, the transfer of information may involve the transfer of your personal data to Beiersdorf Group entities or service providers of the Beiersdorf Group outside of China. By accepting this Privacy Policy, you consent to the transfer of your personal data to Germany or even to Europe, and we will transfer such data to the recipients mentioned above in Europe. 

For the avoidance of doubt, if you initiate a transaction or other request in a jurisdiction other than that mentioned above, you are deemed to have given your consent to the transfer of your personal data to that jurisdiction at the same time as you initiate the transaction or other request. You should be aware that these countries have equally strict data protection laws and regulations. Once we have transferred your information to another country, it will still be handled and stored appropriately. We use strict physical, organizational, procedural, technical and employee-related requirements to ensure the security and confidentiality of personal data.
