Your Tasks

  • Driving SC Analytics: Defining, safeguarding, and enforcing global standards and frameworks for Supply Chain Analytics
  • Upskilling Program: Developing and managing a training program for supply chain analysts and analysts to-be
  • Project Participation: Actively engaging in projects focused on analysis and data management, including the strategic and cross-functional Data Engine project for data quality and harmonization
  • Service Level Responsibility: Overseeing data and tool responsibilities for Service Level reporting, collaborating across functions to enhance SL reporting
  • Data Management: Managing data strategy and accessibility, while scouting for technologies to improve digitalization in the Supply Chain
  • Process Analysis: Analyzing processes and systems to identify digital improvement opportunities and support cost-benefit analyses for proposed solutions
  • Collaboration and Reporting: Working with IT and business stakeholders to clarify system requirements, optimize reporting solutions, and manage KPI reporting effectively

Your Profile

  • Educational Background and Experience: A university degree in Supply Chain, Economics, Analytics, Data Science, or a related field, along with relevant working experience in Supply Chain and/or IT
  • Data Proficiency: A strong passion for data, with advanced knowledge of Power BI; familiarity with SQL, Python, or R is a plus
  • Communication Skills: Fluent in English (spoken and written), with excellent communication skills, capable of engaging effectively with all levels of management and building relationships with internal and external partners
  • Analytical and Strategic Thinking: Strong analytical and conceptual skills, solution-oriented mindset, and strategic thinking, combined with assertiveness and persuasiveness
  • Adaptability and Teamwork: Ability to work remotely in a multicultural environment, be a team player, and willingness to travel to HQ as needed
