In this role, you will have the opportunity to:
This role is responsible for driving omni-channel trade marketing strategy and execution for Nivea Face, ensuring seamless integration between online and offline channels. The position focuses on delivering strong commercial performance by aligning promotion strategies with assortment priorities and enabling consistent, high-quality execution across all shopper touchpoints.
The purposes of this position are:
A. Omni-Channel Strategy & Integration
Develop and execute omni-channel trade marketing strategies that integrate online and offline channels into a unified framework
Ensure promotion strategies are fully aligned with assortment priorities across all categories to enable cohesive execution
Drive consistency in shopper experience across all consumer touchpoints
B. Category Trade Marketing Leadership
Lead trade marketing planning and execution for assigned categories across both online and offline channels
Translate category strategies into clear, channel-specific activation plans, ensuring aligned and synchronized execution
Partner with category teams to deliver integrated seasonal and campaign-based activations
C. Go-to-Market & Activation Excellence
Ensure high standards in promotion execution, merchandising, and activation across all channels
Collaborate closely with Brand Marketing and E-commerce teams to deliver integrated, full-funnel campaigns
D. Commercial Performance Management
Drive commercial performance by optimizing promotion strategies, assortment planning, and trade investment allocation
Monitor and evaluate activation effectiveness, continuously improving ROI and trade efficiency
Support delivery of net sales, market share, and channel performance targets
E. Cross-Functional Collaboration
Act as a key interface between Marketing, Sales, E-commerce, and Supply teams to ensure aligned planning and execution
Strengthen cross-functional collaboration to enable seamless omni-channel delivery
Support unified leadership across channels in line with the newly established organizational model
F. Shopper Insights & Activation Support
Leverage shopper and channel insights to continuously refine trade marketing strategies
Support the development and execution of key activation tools (e.g., promotions, GWP, in-store visibility)
Drive best practice sharing and capability building across categories
Bachelor’s degree or above in Marketing, Business, or related fields
8+ years of experience in Trade Marketing / Channel Marketing / Commercial Marketing, preferably in FMCG or skincare industry
Solid experience managing both online (e-commerce) and offline retail channels
Strong understanding of trade marketing fundamentals, including 4Ps and GTM processes
Proven ability to work effectively in a matrix organization and manage cross-functional stakeholders
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
