Your Tasks
- Define and implement overall affiliate marketing strategy aligned with business objectives
- Lead recruitment, onboarding, and management of top-performing affiliates, creators, and publishers
- Develop and optimize commission structures, incentive programs, and affiliate campaigns to maximize performance
- Monitor, analyze, and report affiliate program KPIs, identifying opportunities for growth and improvement
- Build strong, long-term relationships with top creators and ensure continuous engagement
- Collaborate with marketing, eCommerce, and sales teams to align affiliate promotions with key campaigns and launches
- Ensure affiliates adhere to brand guidelines, compliance, and quality standards
- Stay ahead of market trends, competitor strategies, and platform innovations to maintain a competitive advantage
- Mentor and guide the Affiliate Specialist/Coordinator team (if applicable)
Your Profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field
- 3–5 years of experience in affiliate marketing, influencer marketing, or performance marketing
- Proven track record of growing and scaling affiliate programs with measurable ROI
- Strong relationship management, negotiation, and stakeholder engagement skills
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex data and translate insights into strategy
- Familiarity with affiliate tracking tools, reporting dashboards, and eCommerce platforms
- Excellent communication and presentation skills for internal and external stakeholders
- Strong leadership, project management, and organizational skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
