This role requires the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of comprehensive maintenance plans and schedules closely aligned with production goals.
  • You will supervise and mentor a skilled maintenance team, nurturing their technical proficiency and fostering a culture of high performance and accountability. Your responsibilities include diagnosing complex equipment malfunctions, particularly within advanced automation systems such as PLC and SCADA, and delivering swift, effective solutions to guarantee uninterrupted production flow.
  • Monitoring equipment efficiency metrics, especially Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) and other key performance indicators, will be crucial in driving sustained improvements and cost reductions.
