Responsible for managing the overall performance of the NIVEA brand to achieve company KPIs. Lead innovation (NPD) from planning to market execution, ensuring accurate forecasting, availability, and visibility. Develop and align short- and long-term strategic plans based on shopper and customer insights, supported through the S&OP process. Coordinate closely with MT & GT teams to ensure plan execution, analyze category and market data using Nielsen, and lead key EM reports, including CSM, RGM, innovation planning, and promotion evaluation.
Annual Business Planning: Act as the gatekeeper of the Cosmetics Sales Annual Business Plan, ensuring all learnings, opportunities, and action plans are captured to meet company objectives.
Innovation & Channel Strategy: Lead innovation planning with marketing, defining channel priorities, POSM requirements, and identifying sales opportunities based on market potential.
Sales Calendar & Budget Management: Develop and manage the yearly sales activity calendar and pricing guidelines by channel and sub-category, ensuring budget adherence with less than 3% variance.
Forecasting & Planning Alignment: Build and monitor FY sales forecasts aligned with NPD, promo calendar, market trends, and competitive analysis to achieve KPIs (IMS, NS, MS) with a minimum of 80% forecast accuracy.
Promotion Strategy & Evaluation: Define and govern promotional strategies, pricing guidelines, and promo frequency; evaluate campaign effectiveness and lead EM promo evaluation reporting.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Coordinate with sales, marketing, product, and supply chain teams to ensure smooth execution of trade marketing initiatives and cycle planning processes.
Strategic & Operational Excellence: Strong in strategic thinking, data analysis, and structured planning with a hands-on, action-oriented mindset; takes initiative, manages risk, and drives execution.
Leadership & Collaboration: Proven ability to lead teams, coordinate cross-functional initiatives, and manage both internal and external stakeholder relationships effectively.
People Management: Skilled in motivating teams, resolving conflicts, and developing talent through clear communication and collaborative coordination.
Negotiation & Influence: Experienced in negotiating with customers, stores, and internal teams to align on goals and drive business outcomes.
Professional Experience & Skills: Minimum 6 years in Trade Marketing, with at least 3 years in operations; strong presentation and Excel skills; fluent in English; demonstrates integrity, adaptability, and passion in all tasks
