Your Tasks

  • Coordinate data-related and operational activities for global recurring HR programs, with a primary focus on annual salary / merit review and bonus planning cycles, ensuring high-quality and timely execution.
  • Support system configuration and ensure process readiness for annual compensation cycles, including data preparation, validation, benchmark and market data uploads, reporting, quality checks, and support for executive and Board-level presentations.
  • Partner with Global Performance & Rewards CoE, HR Business Partners, Payroll, IT, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment on process timelines, data requirements, system dependencies, and reporting needs.
  • Provide operational support throughout salary review and bonus cycles, including reporting, issue resolution, exception tracking, and user support for HRBPs, Payroll experts in the People Services Hubs and CoE business stakeholders.
  • All year: Drive continuous improvement of compensation reporting, automation opportunities, increase data quality, and operational processes to enhance efficiency, transparency, and user experience.

Your Profile

  • University degree or equivalent qualification in business administration, HR management, economics, business informatics, or a similar field.
  • Interest in HR data, have an eye for data quality issues esp. compensation data, and data-driven HR work
  • Strong awareness of data privacy, confidentiality, and governance requirements, with the ability to manage sensitive employee and compensation information responsibly and with discretion.
  • Analytical and structured mindset with highest attention to detail and data quality.
  • Previous experience with SuccessFactors, as well as strong Excel and PowerPoint skills; Power BI/analytics tools is a plus.
  • Fluent in English (written & spoken).
  • First experience in an international environment is welcome.
  • Clear and confident communicator, able to work with different stakeholders.
  • Team-oriented, proactive, and motivated to take ownership and learn in a dynamic environment.
