Your Tasks
- Support monthly payroll with Iberia Payroll and Employee Enquiries Team Lead
- Collect and verify payroll data (absences, compensation, hires, terminations)
- Assist in employee lifecycle administrative tasks
- Manage benefits like health insurance and pension plans
- Support basic Social Security and tax processes
- Help employees with benefits and compensation questions
- Collaborate with recruitment to maintain accurate employee data
- Participate in HR projects and tasks
Your Profile
- Master's degree (preferably in Labor Relations, HR, Economics or Administration)
- Minimum of 1-2 years of relevant work experience, ideally in HR department
- Fluency in English and Spanish
- High attention to detail and precision in operations
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills (excel skills), as well as highly developed communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team in a dynamic environment
- Good to have: knowledge of payroll rules and tax regulations in Spain
