Main Accountabilities:
The incumbent will be responsible for creating WOW consumer experiences across all eCommerce touchpoints for the country. This individual will drive category online share through digital shelf levers, creative development, content ownership and syndication, augmenting user experience (UX), search results, and the development of digital content to drive e-tailer traffic.
Roles and Responsibilities
• Work with Performance Marketing & E-Customer Sales team to drive creation of rich content & implement across E-Commerce Platforms (e.g. SKU PDP page, campaign/promo banners, newsletter images) in line with the brand guidelines & maintain tracking of portfolio content across all platforms and ensure it is always up to date (bundles, promos, new thematic etc.)
• Develop and optimize product description and SKU listing to trigger high rank on-site search.
• Oversee the Customer Service performance on product discussion, review & rating
• Manage the CRM (Email, SMS & Chat Bot) content development and subscription base to boost the sales performance.
• Executes overall content strategy for the Brand in liase with Category Manager
• Competitor Analysis (content, promo)
• Respond for in & Out platform artwork and region content directions
• Drive overall content strategy and execution for the Brand

Knowledge, Skills and Experience
Education
• Bachelor's degree with a focus on Marketing or Fine Arts.
Skills
• High level of curiosity and creativity in designing contents.
• Proficiency in content marketing basic principles. Concrete knowledge of website analytic tools.
• Excellent project management, organizational, analytical and interpersonal skills
• Significant independent responsibility with a strong bias for action/ entrepreneurial spirit.
• Strong analytical and data-mining aptitude; ability to use data to develop and support decisions.
• Strong interpersonal skills, able to independently lead & motivate internal cross-functional teams and able to manage conflict & resistance.
Experience
• 2 – 3 years relevant experience in related digital or online marketing performance analytics.

• Proactive self- starter. Able to keep manager informed of progress as appropriate.
