Your Tasks

Overview:
We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Pharma Sales Manager to join our team. The Pharma Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales & brand positioning by developing effective business strategies and executing focused activity programs to deliver agreed sales and growth targets linked with Head of Sales. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent communication skills and a proven track record of building and maintaining successful partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Forecast, drive and monitor sales, pricing & promotion (from IMS to GM) by country & category
  • Monitor and analyze channel performance identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as necessary through close follow up of key KPIs achievements: NS (Net Sales), IMS (In Market Sales), DIH (Days Inventory Held), Forecasts, Payments, Coverage, Distribution and Penetration,
  • Manage channel partner contracts, agreements, sales budgets, and pricing strategies to maximize profitability and mitigate risks
  • Develop and implement channel sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets
  • Identify, prioritize, and build strong long term mutually beneficial relationships with key channel partners, including distributors, wholesalers and retailers providing support, training, and resources as needed
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, medical, trade marketing and finance, to ensure alignment and support for channel initiatives
  • Ensure excellence in execution (TRAX & 5Stars Program, AVC, OSA…).
  • Manage the Dues and Cash Collection from the customers

Your Profile

  • Proven experience in channel management, sales, or business development
  • Strong understanding of distribution channels and partner ecosystems
  • Ability to think strategically, analyze data, and develop actionable insights and to drive key KPIs: Net Sales, Gross Margin, IMS, Sell Out, Distribution, Coverage, Quality of POS executions, Budget spent, Category growth…
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Results-driven with a focus on achieving targets and driving business growth
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities, deadlines and complex business situations
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
