Your Tasks
As a key player in the Benelux Marketing team, you’ll report to the Head of Media & Consumer Journey BNL while coordinating closely with the Head of Marketing BNL. Your primary responsibility is defining and executing the engagement strategy for NIVEA and Labello in the Netherlands, covering PR, influencer partnerships, Masterbrand campaigns, and activations with both digital and offline media components. This role focuses on both strategic planning and hands-on execution, working closely with teams and agencies to elevate our brand presence. You will also collaborate with the BE Media & Consumer Journey Manager to maximize shared insights and efficiencies.
Responsibilities:
Define the overall Engagement Strategy for NL in collaboration with Head of Marketing & Head of Media & Consumer Journey and in line with EUNA recommendation & guidelines.

Develop Engagement Strategy; Collaborate with the Heads of Marketing and Media & Consumer Journey to shape an engagement plan aligned with EUNA’s guidelines, incorporating market insights and competitive analysis.

Agency Management; Direct and steer agency activities with clear briefs and goals.

Recommend a comprehensive engagement approach covering PR, influencer marketing, Masterbrand (D&I), with defined KPIs, budgets, and action steps.

Oversee Masterbrand campaigns (e.g., Diversity, CSR), while taking the lead on category activations and influencer initiatives as required.

Execute Campaigns and Action Plans: Partner with Brand Managers to ensure flawless execution of engagement strategies, including special influencer campaigns.

Keep dashboards and reports up to date, monitor results, and adjust plans as necessary. Stay informed on digital and influencer trends, documenting best practices for future campaigns.

Agency and Budget Management: Serve as the primary contact for PR and influencer agencies, overseeing contracts, performance evaluations, and budget tracking (e.g., BASE).

Corporate Branding & Compliance: Ensure brand alignment with Beiersdorf’s global identity and values across all communications, internally and externally.
