We are seeking a dynamic and experienced professional to join our 3rd Party Procurement team as a Global Category Manager for Cosmetic Products of the brands NIVEA, EUCERIN and Hansaplast and more. In this pivotal role, you will be instrumental in shaping the business pipeline and implementing a robust procurement strategy for cosmetic products produced by our esteemed 3rd Party Manufacturer.
Your Profile

Several years of experience in procurement or management of 3rd Party Contract Manufacturing within the FMCG/Cosmetics/Pharmaceutical industry

Bachelor's degree (Master or MBA is a plus) in economics or engineering

Experience in project leadership and/or functional leadership

Analytical mindset and team player, comfortable working in cross-functional and international teams

Strong communication skills and proven negotiation experience

Good understanding of the supply chain operations function

Willingness to travel, approximately 25%
Hamburg/Germany is the primary location for this position. Therefore, we recommend residence in Hamburg.
Our company agreement allows basically up to 40% of the working time in a flexible work location in Germany. The exact arrangement of this agreement in the relevant team will be explained in a personal conversation.
