Your Tasks

  • Establish a credible and professional Account and Execution Management Services representing the Beiersdorf System, ensuring that client engagement is consistently prioritized.
  • Build robust Route to Market (RTM) Strategies tailored for various market models. Set up structured Sales Processes to ensure excellence in both primary and secondary sales execution.
  • Ensure that the sales and distribution model aligns seamlessly with company strategies, acting as a bridge between corporate goals and market realities.
  • Evaluate and enhance RTM performance among distributor, sub-distributor, and RTM partners to drive organizational growth and market presence.
  • Drive disciplined business processes to ensure that RTM strategies, promotions, and customer development plans are implemented effectively.
  • Lead and coach Sales Managers in developing actionable plans and initiatives for sales growth while ensuring consistent in-store execution.
  • Strengthen collaboration with National Sales Managers, Regional Sales Managers, Channel Managers, and the Business Development team to swiftly resolve operational issues.
  • Manage both Direct and Indirect Budgets, continuously seeking improvements in spending effectiveness to maximize the impact of resources.
  • Identify training needs for individuals across the organization and collaborate with the capability team to implement comprehensive training and development programs.

Your Profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or a related field, ensuring a solid foundation for strategic thinking and effective leadership across various operational aspects.
  • A minimum of 3 years' experience in Field Sales with a focus on territory management and account oversight, demonstrating a proactive approach to market engagement.
  • At least 3 years of dedicated experience in Route to Market (RTM) strategy formulation and execution, ideally within a distributor/sub-distributor environment to cultivate market relationships.
  • Proven expertise in designing and implementing RTM strategies across diverse market models, including urban, rural, traditional, and modern trade contexts, enhancing overall sales effectiveness.
  • A comprehensive understanding of primary and secondary sales processes, supplemented by tangible experiences in distributor management and outlet execution that drive results.
  • Demonstrated ability to assess and improve RTM infrastructure and partner performance, contributing significantly to sales targets and broader organizational goals.
  • Proficient in budgeting for both direct and indirect expenses, with an analytical capacity to evaluate ROI and optimize spending efficiency.
  • Familiarity with RTM Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), GARD analysis, and execution scorecards to effectively monitor performance and implement improvements.
  • A data-driven mindset bolstered by proficiency in sales analytics tools such as Excel, Power BI, SAP, or similar platforms that align with business objectives.
  • An execution-oriented approach, characterized by meticulous attention to detail, strategic planning, and an unwavering commitment to seeing initiatives through to completion.
  • Willingness and readiness to travel regularly for market evaluations, fostering a hands-on management style that ensures effective implementation of strategies and support for teams on the ground.
