OUR PEOPLE INFLUENCE

The Campus will be created for our people and is therefore naturally strongly shaped by our people. Regarding several aspects of the new headquarter, the employees were consulted to choose for example office furniture or to bring in their thoughts regarding important subjects such as diversity, sustainability or health and wellbeing.

Nearly three years of active employee participation, more than 160 employee representatives and countless workshops marked the detailed planning process behind the new Campus. The objective was to understand the variety of team needs, create targeted solutions, yet establish one uniting concept to shape our future way of working at Beiersdorf.

Our employee network of Co-Creators and Communicators (CoCo’s) supported the Campus project from the very beginning. The CoCo’s co-created the workplace strategy and engaged in various workstreams to develop ideas for the Campus around health and wellbeing, digitalization, sustainability and diversity.
