One program. Two companies. A world of opportunities

MY CROSS-COMPANY CAREER is a joint program from Tchibo GmbH and Beiersdorf AG which offers ten aspiring creative sales and marketing people the chance to expand their knowledge, work with a diverse range of content, gain new insights and have the opportunity to make a difference at two well-known companies.

One of the many benefits of this flexible cross-company leadership program is that it lets you decide which areas you’d like to focus on and where you want to spend your time. Over the 18-24 months of the program we’ll support you with mentoring, individual coaching and training sessions and help you work towards a management or project management role in marketing or sales in either of the businesses.

We’re looking for ambitious young talents to join the upcoming program. You’ll need to have an economics or business background and two to five years experience in marketing or sales (at a start-up or a consulting, commercial or FMCG company, for example). As much as anything, you’ll need to be a communicative, committed and enthusiastic person. A real team player who is creative, conceptually strong and able to think analytically.
