• Sell Out (Consumption) / Sale in (Billing)
• Inventory Days (Customer Inventory)
• TTC (Investment)
• CC (Customer Contribution)
• DSO (Portfolio Days)
MSL Execution

Evaluation of promotional activities in terms of profitability and performance  & Post mortem evaluation
Analysis of demand and detection of opportunities

Strategic Skills
Develop of customer in mid & long term relationship and vision
Definition and execution of Join Business Plan
Efficient investment management, how to maximize growth and conduct effective negotiations with the account
Set and track sales account targets, aligned with potential customer and company expectations
Creating an account strategy to drive sales across the business
