Your Tasks
- Actual vs. Budget Reporting: Support of monthly, quarterly, and year‑end closing activities and analysis of key business drivers at global, regional, site, and project level.
- Planning & Forecasting: Support of bottom‑up forecast consolidation and analysis and preparation of management presentations.
- Governance & Data Quality: Review and further development of the investment SharePoint as well as templates and ensuring data quality checks within core systems.
- Digitalization & Process Improvement: Automation of recurring reporting processes using tools such as Power Query and VBA and further development of reporting dashboards in Excel and Power BI.
- Training & Ad‑Hoc Analysis: Support and training of local controllers and preparation of ad‑hoc analyses for the global CAPEX team and other stakeholders.
Your Profile
- Ongoing studies in a relevant business or technical field with availability of up to 18 hours per week and flexibility during reporting cycles.
- Solid understanding of accounting and controlling principles with experience in investment KPIs and rolling forecast processes and a strong interest in automation and tool improvement.
- Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills with hands‑on experience in Power BI, Power Query, VBA automation, and SAP Analysis for Office.
- Structured and independent working style combined with strong analytical skills, numerical affinity, and proactive communication in an international environment.
- Experience with SAP, Python‑based data analysis, and PC/DC SOI reporting considered a plus.
- Fluent in English with additional languages considered an advantage.
- The role requires partial on-site presence in line with company regulations.
YOUR SALARY
Curious about your salary? Your work at Beiersdorf will be fairly remunerated, both with a voluntary internship and with a compulsory internship you earn 2.270 € per month. For a working student activity, our salary is 20,73€ per hour.Additional information
