Your tasks in detail will be:
- Developing everyone to reach their full potential and
- Building a pipeline of candidates with needed capabilities and experiences to fuel our leadership pipeline globally
- Support implementation of global talent management solutions, incl. development and potential process and succession management
- Support development and implementation of global talent management solutions to address pipeline gaps, enhance organizational level capabilities and introducing a holistic approach to careers at Beiersdorf
- Conduct needs analysis, market benchmarks, and develop solution proposals and implementation approaches in the area of talent management
- Continuously optimize and digitize talent processes, standards and systems to ensure quality and efficiency
- Work with business, regions and countries on development and implementation of talent management solutions
