Your Tasks

Role Purpose

  • The Jr. HRBP will be a consultant for all employees of BDF Mexico supporting business agenda, driving local/regional initiatives and main HR Projects for the country. The Jr HRBP will be responsible for Identify, improve, implement & follow up all processes related to HRBP lifecycle, in addition of partnering directly with some areas of the country.

Main Accountabilities

  • Influence supporting HR agenda for meeting business needs.
  • HR Business Partnering: Partner of a business segment of BDF, in addition to act as a consultant to employees guiding them thru HR processes, identifying / solving people needs proposing action plans to be implemented in collaboration with CoE’s.
  • Main guardian of the company´s values, culture and policies, responsible for supporting compliance policies and its effective implementation.
  • Project Leader in the deployment of local processes: assist with HR communications and training of managers on new programs, systems and processes (if needed).
  • Employee Lifecycle management: Key collaboration in Onboarding, Engagement, Performance & Potential Assessment, Succession Planning processes.
  • Coordinate and facilitate daily basis HR operations.

Your Profile

Knowledge, Skills and Experience

  • 3 years’ experience in an HR capacity with strong knowledge in HR processes & HRBP experience.
  • Language proficiency: Fluent Spanish and English.
  • Experience leading and implementing organizational initiatives.
  • Capability in delivering HR policy and plans in alignment with business needs.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills as well as stakeholder management.
  • Strong business partner and relationship building capabilities.
