Material Master Data controlling

• Monitor and follow up in order to ensure data in Master Data workflow is maintained correctly and completed on time according to timeline in L/RL project

Continuous analysis and review master data process

• Responsible for the self-contained analysis and the continuous revision of established master data process to check whether current master data process efficiently support business of BDF Thailand

Optimization of Master Data process

• Analyze and verify the weak spots concerning master data process, defines critical process, develop solution to reach optimization, corresponding on these with the superior and manage general and sustainable implementation along the whole business process chain

Compliance and optimization of master data quality

• Develop suggestion for permanent adherence to master data quality; completeness and timely provision according to the standard agrees on with the superior, including description of the requirements of a system bases monitoring and reporting system
• Ensure the implementation of defined master data quality in all organization units, contributing to master data provision, including escalation strategy for non-compliance

Information Management

• Act as central interface of information in PCTH in term of master data topics and show weak spots in the flow of information of master data between different functions

Standardization of master data process in IPN ( International Production Network)

• Analyze and exchange the existing master data process with other key users under IPN and develop cooperation with the representatives of other PCs/DCs ideas in standardization of all master data process to the greatest possible extent in BDF affiliates

Proactive Correspondence

• Provide proactive communication regarding master data requesting and change management related to PLM, PP1 and PE2 system
• Prompt response any enquiries and link cross-functional departments to guarantee timely and best service all time

Co-ordination, Supervision and problem solving

• Coordinate with cross-functional departments to get working results to ensure smooth workflow process in both internal and external cooperation
• Supervise working process to cross functional teams to guarantee an on-schedule assignment., including objective achievement in area of responsibility
• Help to solving any problems in co-ordination with other colleagues if requested by subordinates in higher decision making
• Report and keep informing superior, if some necessary actions have to be promptly taken
