Your Tasks
- Global Spend Category Strategies: Co-create and deploy global Procurement category strategies within Logistics Services.
- Market Observations and Studies: Conduct market observations and studies to derive insights that enhance Beiersdorf's strategies and decision-making processes.
- Source-to-Contract Process Steering: Manage the end-to-end source-to-contract process, including tender preparation and execution, negotiation, and contracting for the assigned area of responsibility.
- Supplier Relationship Management: Actively manage supplier relations and development to maximize Procurement value contribution, leveraging a full range of options.
- Compliance and Standards: Ensure compliance with Procurement policy, methods, and standards within your area of responsibility.
- Stakeholder Management: Collaboration with demand owners, business partners and other stakeholders.
- Standardization and Continuous Improvement: Contribute to the standardization and continuous improvement of methods and processes within the team.
- Financial Planning: Contribute to the financial planning processes in your area of responsibility, ensuring efficient resource allocation.
Your Profile
- Master's Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management or a relevant major.
- Several years of work experience in relevant industries, ideally in FMCG or Food & Beverage
- Professional Procurement expertise with a proven track record in Logistics Services.
- Strong stakeholder management skills with effective communication abilities.
- Cross-functional and international experience are advantageous.
- Analytical Skills and target-oriented working methods.
- Very good knowledge of MS Office, SAP, e-tendering, S2C-/ P2P-processes.
- Fluent English is mandatory, German is helpful and proficiency in other languages is an asset.
