Supply Chain Controller (f/m/d)

Your Tasks

Responsibilities within Global Supply Chain Controlling:

  • Provide management reports on Supply Chain KPI’s and own the process of review and reporting these SC KPI’s like stocks, waste, DCS and WOC
  • Analyze the business performance and give transparency to risk and opportunities + engage with stakeholders to drive actions / improvements
  • Working closely with Regions and Headquarters Supply Chain stakeholders to continuously improve the quality of information of the current KPI’s and develop new insights
  • Act as a link between Supply Chain operations and the IT to understand the reporting needs of the function and work actively with technical experts to bring them into action.
  • Implementing fundamental planning and reporting processes, including further development and optimization
  • Support and lead projects in cost management and optimization of business processes, especially in the area of Logistics Controlling and Supply Chain Analytics
  • Maintain and enhance BI Supply Chain reporting and planning systems
  • Ad-hoc analysis to support decision making

Your Profile

  • A degree in engineering or business administration, ideally majoring in Supply Chain and/or Finance or Controlling
  • Several years’ relevant experience in Controlling (sales, marketing, supply chain) and/or Supply Chain
  • Self-driven continuous improvement mindset and stakeholder management capabilities
  • Distinct skills in communication, presentation and methodologies, assertive and convincing in a role with high exposure
  • Strong numerical reasoning and highly developed analytical skills, proactivity and creativity in solutions
  • Self-reliant with strong organizational skills and project management experience
  • Advanced knowledge of MS Office and SAP ERP (FI/CO) and BI Reporting , first experience with Power BI helpful
  • Experience in a subsidiary (Distribution Center or Production Center) as well as international experience working abroad
  • Fluent written and spoken English
