Our Global Procurement Marketing department is a very cosmopolitan and diverse team of more than 30 people, with colleagues from 16 nations, speaking over 18 different languages. We are passionate in what we do, approach projects from a very entrepreneurial angle and are therefore seen as business partners on eye-level by our internal stakeholders. Our teams are globally as well as strategically responsible for diverse marketing categories, like Media, Digital, Creative, Market Research and Brand Identity.
As part of our Global Procurement Marketing leadership team and in close collaboration with our local, regional and global media & procurement functions, you will be responsible for the strategic purchasing of marketing services as well as for the professional and disciplinary lead of a team of several global and regional procurement category managers, partly located in Hamburg, partly in other locations globally.
Together with your team, you will work closely with global, regional and local marketing functions, being responsible for sourcing and negotiating marketing services like market research, packaging design, artworks & call centers on a global, regional and partly also local scale. Shaping and steering the collaboration with our main suppliers is also a key task.
In your role you will be also responsible to constantly improve procurement processes, methods, systems, performance & risk measurement as well as to create or further develop global sourcing strategies for the area of your responsibility
We have made it our aim to actively consult our key stakeholders at eye level and to identify continuously additional costs and processes improvements in the collaboration with our agency partners.
