Your Tasks

Then look no further! We are seeking a proactive and enthusiastic working student to join our Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) team. This role involves supporting and collaborating with various stakeholders within Beiersdorf to promote inclusion, foster belonging, and support the diverse needs within our organisation.

You will be part of a dynamic team in charge of shaping, implementing and operationalising our global diversity, equity & inclusion agenda. You will have your own defined tasks and will undoubtedly be inspired and learn a lot along the way!

Provide support to the global DEI team on all initiatives and activities, these include:

  • Support in the Project Management of DEI events at HQ
  • Compile, and analyse initiatives, targets, and general progress of our Beyond Gender agenda, e.g., Disability Inclusion squads across the globe.
  • Assist in rolling out global DEI plans to local markets, e.g., learning programs, disclosure campaign etc.
  • Provide co-ordination and administrative support for DEI activities.
  • DE&I Upskilling coordination & administration: Assist in tracking DEI learning progress, metrics, and outcomes, providing regular reports to the DEI team & stakeholders. Serve as a point of contact for our people leaders in the coordination of our Global DE&I Essentials Journey
  • Play an active role in the HQ Disability Inclusion squad

Your Profile

  • Community-oriented: you have a genuine passion for building and nurturing PWD communities, fostering a sense of belonging and support among this marganlised group.
  • Strong Communication Skills: you are proficient in verbal and written communication to engage with diverse groups and convey ideas effectively.
  • Organisational Skills: you are able to manage multiple tasks, prioritise responsibilities, and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.
  • Empathy and Cultural Sensitivity: you have a deep understanding and appreciation of diverse perspectives and cultures, promoting an inclusive environment.
  • Team Player: you have a collaborative mindset with a proactive approach to work within a team and across various departments.
  • Adaptability: you can adapt to evolving needs, situations, and changing priorities within ERGs.
  • Proper enrollment during the entire working student period
  • You are passionate about the topic of Diversity, Equity & Inclusion, either through academic interest, personal experience, or prior work experience in the field
  • As this is a global role, fluency in spoken and written English is a mandatory requirement, conversational German is a plus
  • You are proficient with Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint and are willing to learn other tools.

YOUR SALARY

Curious about your salary? Your work at Beiersdorf will be fairly remunerated, both with a voluntary internship and with a compulsory internship you earn 2.025 € per month. For a working student activity, our salary is 19,39€ per hour.
