Your Tasks
Data Analysis & Reporting:
- Produce and make available relevant information to support strategic decision-making, namely sellout analysis and sellin by distribution channel, brand, and category.
- Ensure the treatment and production of insights from all collected information.
Systems & Tools Management:
- Support and maintain the support platforms (CRM).
- Support projects to develop tools that enhance business operations within the scope of the Company's Digital Transformation process.
Performance Monitoring:
- Monitor and analyze promotional activity KPIs by customer and sellin targets by channel.
Business Support:
- Ensure business support to the KAM, E-KAM, and Sales Manager.
- Support the sales administration process.
Cross-Department Collaboration:
- Work closely with different departments, including Marketing, Trade Marketing, Controlling, Sales, and Customer Service.
Your Profile
Hard Skills:
- Higher education in Management, Business Administration (or similar)
- Solid MS-Office & Outlook knowledge (namely Excel and PowerPoint)
- Fluent in Portuguese and English
- Strong analytical thinking
Soft Skills:
- Interest in the commercial area
- Proactive, flexible, and willing to take ownership of own role
- Organized and with high attention to detail
- Collaborative team player
