E-commerce Key Account Executive

Your Tasks

Role Purpose

  • Responsible to manage NIVEA Beiersdorf Turkey online marketplace(3P Business Model) on the strategy development & execution to achieve profitable business growth and relationship with key customers,
  • This role will be working closely with global and local shopper & customers marketing, sales department, digital & marketing department to ensure brand communications and online execution are maximized in online platform.

Key Responsibilities

  • Apply key e-commerce best practices around content, unique visitor, conversion and per consumer transaction in conjunction with core sales practices such as holistic customer investment management, forecasting, promotions, and analytics,

  • Deliver e-commerce Net Sales, Market Share and Penetration goals by establishing e-commerce fundamentals,

  • Identify and evaluate content, in-stock, assortment and other opportunities and analyze digital sales data and dashboard,

  • Provide ongoing support to high value clients and ensure high quality customer service being delivered,

  • Adverse in planning online campaigns and self-initiative activities to deliver the sales target,

  • Maximizing ROI by evaluating incremental of sales and trade investment of each position monthly basis,

  • Identify customer needs and opportunities by analysing sales gap & develop strategy to minimize or close gap,

  • Keep abreast with latest market trends and development, with sound knowledge of competitors' activities,

  • Manage trade budget, A&P, trading term discussion within budget allocated.

Your Profile

  • BA in Business Administration, Marketing or similar from a recognized University
  • A minimum of 1-3 years of sales experience in FMCG, preferably from e-commerce background,
  • Preferably familiar with e-platform sales operation in terms of S&OP, timeline & possible execution mechanics
  • Excellent verbal and written communication in English
  • High proficiency in MS Office applications with a focus on Excel
  • The ability to build rapport with key clients with outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
  • The ability to handle multiple client accounts
  • Strong negotiation and leadership skills
  • Excellent analytical skills, problem-solving and proactive attitude
