To strengthen the Eucerin team in, based in Brussels,  we are looking for a Junior Shopper & Customer Marketing - E-POS manager.

In this exciting role, you will be responsible for Shopper Activation and Category Management within the pharmacy channel for Eucerin (Online and Offline) together with the Senior S&CM and E-POS Manager.

Your main responsibilities will include:

Drive POS (point of sales) through Shopper Activation:

  • Create the best in class in-store shopper activations and maximize the offtake on Eucerin across all available shopper marketing media by using data & insights
  • Set-up pre- & post analyses on promotional activities & support on promo forecasting
  • Develop & plan sales / merchandising tools for Eucerin in collaboration with internal stakeholders (Marketing, Sales, Detailing for example in A-teams)
  • Prepare Sales Book together with internal stakeholders (Marketing, Sales, Training)
  • Work with Procurement to ensure promotional packaging & POS reaches all markets within agreed timelines
  • Work closely with Demand Planning and VAS team to ensure product & promo availability
  • Closely monitor promo process through bi weekly promo meeting steering

Drive E-POS:

  • Creation, design and implementation of online advertising material for e.g. online shops, landing pages and newsletters for product launches / promotion for e-retailers and eCommerce platforms
  • Screening and continuous maintenance of content at e-POS, e-retailers and/or eCommerce platforms
  • Future-oriented optimization and further development, but also new development of digital assets
  • Continuous analysis of the market and competitors, e.g. to be inspired by new trends
  • Support of the E-Commerce team in the implementation and control of analyzes and evaluations as well as the derivation of future-oriented measures
  • Planning, validation and coordination of the various campaigns
  • Interface management to the areas of digital marketing, trade marketing and eCommerce, as well as to external agencies

Category Management & data analysis:

  • Use data & insights and pro-actively optimize assortment ranking, distribution, shelving and go to market plans within Beiersdorf customers together with Senior
  • Develop & lead implementation of brand planograms with period updates & must stock list (MSL)
  • Develop tailor-made customer planograms
  • Deliver support on distribution & shares gap analyses
  • Prepare monthly reports – Iqvia (sell out) /NS (sell in) analysis & reporting

Your Profile

What it takes to join us?

  • University degree or similar (Sales, Business Administration, Marketing,...);
  • A first experience in Marketing / Trade Marketing / Category Management / E-content is a plus;
  • Excellent communication skills (written & verbal) in Dutch - English - French
  • You ideally have knowledge of SEA / SEO;
  • Experience in the creation of digital assets is a big plus;
  • Creative mind with analytical skills;
  • Resilient, can-do & self-starter mentality
  • You are a team player, taking initiatives but also capable of working autonomously
  • Skilled in graphic design & agency steering
