Leadership Development Consultant (f/m/d)

Your Tasks

Our Global Leadership & Engagement team is looking for a Leadership Development Consultant , reporting to the global head of Leadership & Engagement.

What you'll do:

  • Lead global leadership development initiatives, including needs analysis, market benchmark, solution proposal, communication and implemen
  • Support organization change management and culture shaping journey with a special focus on leadership capabilities and supporting leaders in their development
  • Build strong relationship with external partners to deliver best in class solutions for our leaders worldwide
  • Be the consultant providing consultancy and advices for Region / Countries on leadership development solutions

The Global HR Centre of Excellence is responsible for connecting business needs and our people agenda through developing relevant and expert concepts and global implementation to realise our global business strategy. In the Global COE team, the Global Leadership Development & Engagement team is responsible for designing and implementing global leadership interventions to support our leaders in their development and support the change in driving a new leadership culture at Beiersdorf.

Your Profile

What you'll need:

  • Some years of experience in learning & development area with a special focus on leadership development are required. You gained this experience in a top consultancy firm, a corporate role or another training & development institution with an international scope.
  • You have a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in psychology or other related studies.
  • Good professional experience in understanding different psychometric tools as well as management & leadership assessments is compulsory.
  • Preferably you understand the market practices and you are experienced with global or regional implementation.
  • You are characterized by a high learning agility, always strive for more and you are digital savvy.
  • You combine a strong strategic thinking capability with a pragmatic can-do attitude.
  • Your good communication skills and stakeholder management skills help you to successfully deliver your projects.
