Your Tasks
Become part of the dynamic Global Healthcare finance team. As a working student in controlling, you will support the Global Finance Team and our Business Partners in Marketing & IIM, whilst contributing towards the strategic development of the brand. You will assist in the management and forecasting of headquarter Marketing and General Expense budgets. In addition to this you would also be involved in the development and improvement of global processes and reporting.
Your tasks:
- Support in the planning, steering and analysis of headquarter marketing budget and general expenses
- Provide support for our business partners in Global Marketing & IIM in all financially relevant issues
- Support with recurring analyses and in-month reporting for global, regional & local stakeholders
- Provide Post Launch analysis and support the assortment complexity reduction processes
- Create and maintain Power BI Dashboards
Your Profile
- Studies in Economics/Business Administration with focus on Finance/Controlling (with above-average grades)
- Ideally initial practical experience in finance or controlling
- Initiative and enthusiasm to develop and actively contribute your own ideas
- Strong analytical thinking skills, understanding of numbers, as well as an independent and structured way of working
- A sense of responsibility and a self-confident manner
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Motivation and energy to work flexibly on parallel projects
- Equally high ability to work in a team and independently
- Excellent English communication skills, both orally and written
- Advanced knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel; SAP knowledge an advantage
YOUR SALARY
Curious about your salary? Your work at Beiersdorf will be fairly remunerated, both with a voluntary internship and with a compulsory internship you earn 2.025 € per month. For a working student activity, our salary is 19,39€ per hour.Additional information
