Our global HR Information Systems team is an instrumental driver of this journey – from identifying the most relevant use cases to driving implementation projects and supporting seamless operations for our global HR IT systems.
- Developing and owning a Global HR IT GAMEPLAN spanning HR IT-strategy, a functional project roadmap and the related IT governance in close collaboration w/ our internal IT-partner BSS
- Program management for local & global HR IT projects
- Coordination of HR information system topics within the HR ressort including IT budget consolidation and controlling
- Safeguarding of swift and compliant HR IT operations incl. release management, global demand management and data protection
- Representing HR in Beiersdorf IT bodies
- Coordination of internal and external IT audits as first business contact person
- Leading and developing a diverse team of experts
