Your Tasks

  • Lead media strategy for India MU, development of total media strategy
  • Own media budget for all countries under India MU
  • Own PMP, ABP, FC3, FC6 planning and budgeting
  • Drive media KPI – working media ratio, digital spend, digital KPI
  • Lead data strategy for India, coordinate with marketing and sale to integrate data into launch planning
  • Overview of Precision Marketing implement in India, collaborate with e-commerce for full funnel implementation
  • OMD KPI monitoring, annual evaluation and contract payment
  • Managing relationship with OMD and digital agency and internal stakeholder management for India
  • Content strategy – Partner with category teams to develop content strategy & execute with always-on
  • Measure & improve quality of content of always-on
  • Create content strategy to drive growth in organic search & website page visits

Your Profile

  • 10 yrs+ experience in traditional and digital media strategy & planning
  • Exp of managing influencers & creating digital content
  • D2C & Ecommerce knowledge preferred
  • Experience and passion for planning digital campaigns
  • Demonstrated ability to create media properties in line with brand objective
