Your Tasks

  • Active participation in ongoing projects and initiatives (e.g. global rollouts, innovative developments, organizational transformation) sponsored by the Beiersdorf Headquarters.
  • Support of the development of global business models and processes for the global HR framework.
  • Involvement in and independent preparation of business cases, workshops, briefings, presentations, analyses, and more.
  • Monitoring and coordination of agile, as well as project-based developments of digital initiatives across the company.
  • Market research for the latest digitalization trends.
  • Collaboration with international and cross-border teams, both within and outside of the Beiersdorf group.
  • Contribution to the continuous refinement of the global HRIS strategy and digital roadmap for Beiersdorf’s global HR function.

Your Profile

  • Enrolled during the whole internship or internship after bachelor studies in preparation of master studies (Gap year) in Business Informatics, Human Resources, or similar programs.
  • You have gathered first experiences in a business environment, e.g. previous internship, working student job or university collaborations.
  • You are passionate about the digital world.
  • You are a team player, but also able to take responsibility and work independently.
  • You find a good balance between an analytic, structured, and pragmatic approaches.
  • You are open-minded and enjoy being in international and intercultural environments.
  • You possess a very good knowledge of MS Office applications. Programming is a plus.
  • You have a written and spoken fluency in English; additional language skills will be an advantage, German in particular.

Curious about your salary? Your work at Beiersdorf will be fairly remunerated, both with a voluntary internship and with a compulsory internship you earn 2.000 € per month. For a working student activity, our salary is 18,19 € per hour.
