Business partner to the Business Unit Heads of Beyond and local teams of all LATAM markets, supporting them to keep control and management of the SOI and financial processes as well as commercial development of the business.
- Planning: Be a guide for the local teams of the countries for all the objectives and planning processes of the company. Guarantee the communication of global processes and guidelines to the teams in each country.
- Be champion of the planning tool- TM1
- Detection of opportunities and risks - Review P&L vs Plan.
- Be a guide for the commerical team on the planning process.
- Monthly feedback on country performance.
- Preparation and delivery of presentations for the executive level of both Latin America and the company's HQ on the results, plans and objectives of the region.
- Business partner for business development throughout Latin America generating insights from financial analysis for not only local teams but also for the regional team.
- Ensure that commercial teams make decisions based on data and financial insights always aligned with the company's objectives.
- Drive productivity projects for Beyond division across all areas of the business together with cross functional teams.
- Support IIM process for the region.
