Your Tasks

This role will be responsible of managing our resources in the field strategically and operationally to maximize the Sell-Out of Beiersdorf Bulgaria.

Strategic allocation of resources

Define the optimal coverage strategy for our different channels, customers and POS that maximizes Sell-Out. Based on the coverage strategy continuous optimization of resources to deliver results in close alignment with the Shopper and Key Account teams. Managing merchandizing budget, preparing and sending bonuses of the Field Sales team, responsible for Trax target settings, implementation and results.

Daily operations and Drive Plan execution

Break down the company priorities (coming from Marketing, Shopper & Customer Marketing and Key Account Managers) into simple execution priorities for the POS based on the Drive Plan.

Train, inspire and motivate the team in the street to drive them to excellence. Spend significant time in the field with the team as a role model.

Feedback Loop to the Office Team

Proactively coordinate and provide feedback from the Field to the Office teams to shape the company strategy based on strong insights from the point of Sale. Identify opportunities to grow the business in the medium-/long-term.

Your Profile

  • At least 5 years of experience in Field Sales, including leadership positions
  • At least 5 years of experience in FMCG
  • Strong strategic thinking
  • Strong leadership profile
  • Strong motivator for larger teams
