As an E-S&CM & Gifting Manager you lead the development of effective Shopper & Customer Marketing strategies within the E-commerce channel (category management, shopper insights, RGM and E-POS) to deliver profitable growth and make our brands appealing for online shoppers. As online continues to grow, we want to strengthen our E-S&CM capabilities so that we are more future proof. Secondly, you lead the Gifting business in NL by writing and executing a business strategy and vision for Gifting 2021 and beyond.
E-Shopper & Customer Marketing (~0.7 FTE)
- Facilitates the development of an effective, coherent and integrated (with Sales and Marketing objectives) shopper and customer marketing strategy for the E-commerce business that results in Beiersdorf achieving its sales, profit, market share and point of sale objectives;
- Based on shopper insight data makes recommendations and agrees improvements with the customer and brand teams;
- Lead and manage the planning, execution and review of brand activation activity within the E-commerce channel and across all available shopper marketing media;
- Build E-S&CM capabilities that will help Beiersdorf improve collaboration with Retailers;
- Steer business together with the Account manager towards the Pure players and Multichannel Retailers;
- Lead internally the cross functional collaboration between our commercial departments regarding E-commerce;
- Connects with the International Centre of Excellence for Point of Sale and Ecommerce team (to ensure delivery of best practice activity in NL);
- Leads the evaluation of shopper research, ensuring that recommendations for brand, shopper and retailer strategies are made and proactively driven across the business.
Gifting (~0.3 FTE)
- Develop and execute a business strategy for 2022 & beyond and determine how we can best be future proof with our gifting business;
- Develop and execute in 2021 a plan to further simplify the NL Gifting business and its processes.
- Acts as a sparring partner for the Sales and S&CM teams on all business topics regarding E-commerce;
- Develop and lead a long term S&CM strategy for E-commerce and Gifting with the main objective to make our NL organization (more) future proof;
- Work closely together with the Head of S&CM to build the Vision for 2022 and beyond and drive the E-commerce & Gifting agenda both internally and externally;
- To be successful in this role it is crucial to proactively drive your agenda in the NL organization, it is needed to be the face of driving change in mindset and way of working.
