Senior Brand Manager - Personal Care MU ASEAN

Your Tasks


  • Understanding of market landscape, categories, competitors in each countries and ASEAN


  • Being key contact person to coordinator between regional team and ASEAN market
  • Represent ASEAN to give input, feedback to regional team to deliver relevant NPDs for ASEAN
  • Verify business validation target from top down target among ASEAN, align and input to regional team (DC info pack)
  • Prepare business case for ASEAN Go no Go meeting for alignment and sign off
  • Project Launch Timeline management for ASEAN
  • Works closely with sales, Supply Chain, Production Center and Headquarter marketing and other related dept. on launch and re-launch activities.


  • Being a Campaign Development Coordinator between regional CDU and ASEAN market.
  • Represent ASEAN to give input, feedback to CDU for best campaign materials for ASEAN
  • Define, align campaign list, scope of work, budget within ASEAN countries for alignment with key stakeholders
  • Being main contact person to steer briefing with CDU, POT and coordinator throughout campaign development process; responsible for all campaign types – Origination, Transcreation, Adaptation, Last Mile
  • Support Marketing Manager in strategy of responsible categories for ASEAN
  • Managing discussions on cost conflict due to lack of procurement involvement
  • Monitor Competitors and Market situations


  • Lead Marketing Execution for NART maintenance, Artwork, Packaging, Local regulatory Claims, PR/PO, finance monitoring and other executions ​​​​​​​

Your Profile

  • Master Degree or Bachelor Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, and other related fields.
  • At least 5-7 years experiences as Product / Brand Manager in multinational FMCG companies.
  • Strong analytical, project management, strategic thinking skills.
  • Active, energetic, result driven, easily to adapt with changes, creative, and good interpersonal skill
  • Very good command in English both spoken and written
  • Good computer literacy
