Your Tasks

Control production trial timeline/bulk availability to be in-line with project timing of Ex-PC

Control timeline for production trial and support 1st commercial batch
Co-working with Planning, QC , Procurement, Project engineer and Production to ensure materials, plan and equipment are available for production trial.
Co-ordinate with Global or Region Techdev for Working Instruction(WI) and technical knowledge sharing
Created local WI and provide local batch record document.
Conduct trial and 1st commercial compounding at BDF and Third party
Co-working with Industrial Engineer by suggestion and monitoring commercial batch time for new formulation
Co-working with QC and Techdev by quality monitoring for new product
SAP : Start working flow for formulation and create BO

Manage cleaning procedure and validation for mixer

Category cleaning method for new formulation
Verify and validate cleaning process
Co-working with QC for monitoring cleaning result base line
Support cleaning improvemen

Provide technical support/ standard/ knowledge regarding to bulk production or cleaning procedure to related functions

Involve for troubleshooting Non-conformance and Deviation relate with compounding
Lead process improvement relate to compounding or bulk.
Provide technical information to packaging development or filling machine engineer.
Knowledge sharing regarding bulk production or cleaning procedure to related functions

Other assignments

The job holder performs other related tasks assigned by superior on a case by case basis.

Your Profile

Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Chemistry, or a related field.
2–3 years of experience in a cosmetic or medical manufacturing environment.
Knowledge of GMP in cosmetics or medical manufacturing is preferred.
Laboratory skills are a plus.
Excellent communication skills in English.
