Your Tasks
- Strategy
Participating in the development of the overall regional/ MU strategy.
- Controlling
Leading all regional planning, forecasting, and reporting processes together with the Financial Managers of the affiliates in the dedicated region/ MU.

Accounting / Tax
Negotiating setup and operations of regional shared service center to ensure alignment with global and legal standards. -
Counselling
Ensuring usage of business consulting tools and supporting Regional Board Member/ MU Head in financial and tax issues and offering adequate solutions. - Treasury
Collaborate with SSC to guarantees proper planning and monitoring of incoming and outgoing cash flows; secures the proper cash position of the company and manages liquid funds efficiently.
- Leadership
Guiding, motivating and developing the subordinated staff.
- MU scope
Directly responsible for 3 BPUs in Mexico and oversees CAM via the CAM Finance Manager.
Your Profile
- University degree
- 12 years experience in Finance and Controlling
- International experience
- Leadership of teams
