Your Tasks
Beiersdorf BNL is an international organization, with about 210 employees at two companies in Amsterdam and Brussels where we collaborate as one team cross-functionally with our Marketing, Sales, E-com, Supply Chain, Finance and HR departments. As our HR Intern, you will gain a deeper understanding and hands-on experience in various elements that are part of the daily HR job at Beiersdorf.
You’ll help us to improve on candidate and employee experience and internal processes. You’ll support on Talent Acquisition and Employer Branding initiatives, whilst gaining valuable exposure to the daily work of HR operations and to larger (global) HR projects.
- Deploy Employer Branding activities by assisting with university relations and organizing our participation at career fairs;
- Coordinate internship recruitment by acting as contact person for the talent acquisition team, people managers and candidates;
- Support with onboarding of new hires to ensure a smooth start, by creating onboarding materials and coordinating the onboarding day;
- Plan and coordinate employee engagement initiatives across the organization;
- Assist with handling employee enquiries, escalating to the corresponding HR colleague if applicable;
- Provide administrative support to the HR team as needed;
- Contribute to HR projects and initiatives to be assigned on ad hoc basis, e.g. research activities, surveys, presentation preparation, process and policy improvements. Depending on your interests, we will look together at which project suits you well and where you can take ownership.
Your Profile
- Available from August for 5-6 months, 40 hours per week (fulltime);
- Must be enrolled in HBO or university studies for the entire duration of the internship, in e.g. HRM,
- Business Administration, (Organizational) Psychology or related studies;
- Fluent in English and in Dutch, both verbal and written;
- Proficiency with Microsoft 365 (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, MS Teams, SharePoint);
- Ability to work independently in fast-paced environments, in a structured and accurate way;
- Strong communication abilities, daring to take initiative.
